This perennial family favourite has cuts suitable for grilling or broiling; stewing or braising; frying or, of course, roasting; and you can always find something to suit both your tastes and your wallet.

All our stock is of the highest quality and we’re proud to supply nothing but British beef direct from local suppliers.
We’re so confident in what we sell, we provide traceability records for all animals (including farm details, species and even the sex and date of birth) in store.

We understand that even the best meat needs to be hung to allow the meat to tenderise in a controlled environment, which is we always hang our beef for the following lengths of time

  • Steaks, including Sirloin and Rump: 4 – 6 weeks
  • Roasting joints, such as Silverside and Topside: 2 – 3 weeks
  • Stewing and braising cuts: 10 – 14 days
