Looking for an alternative to the traditional beef or chicken Sunday lunch?
Why not try oven roast lamb? Cheaper than beef and bursting with that distinctive lamb flavour.
Leg of lamb also makes a delicious pot roast; lean and with meat so tender it literally falls from the bone.
Horsley’s sell our lamb legs on the bone, which gives a more intense flavour, but we are happy to bone and roll your cut in-store free of charge if you prefer.
