Loin of Lamb
This delicate, tender cut is most commonly sold as chops or boneless noisettes and medallions, which are perfect grilled or added to the summer barbecue.
Being slightly fatty, it also makes a fantastic, succulent Sunday roast, though even a whole saddle (pictured above) is a smaller cut than the more traditional leg.
DJ Horsley Falsgrave sell our lamb loin on the bone, either whole or as chops, however we will bone and roll your joint in-store free of charge if you wish.
We also cut medallions and noisettes to order.
