Lamb Mince
Despite being the key ingredient in Moussaka and Shepherd's Pie (distinctive from Cottage Pie which, of course, uses beef mince), minced lamb is not a particularly high selling product.
We don’t stock lamb ready minced, however we are happy to mince any of our other cuts of lamb for you in-store.
Just another reason to choose your local butchers over pre-packaged supermarket products!
