Taken from the back leg (though shoulder steaks are available on request), this premium boneless cut makes a tantalising change from sirloin or rump steak.
As with its beef counterparts, lamb steak is most at home when cooked with dry heat, such as grilling and pan-frying, especially when marinated with mint or rosemary.
