Pork Chops
These favourites of Homer Simpson are an easy going cut, working well with a variety of marinades and accompaniments – not just the customary apple sauce!
Pork chops are also just as at home braised in cider, wine or cream sauces as they are grilled, pan-fried or barbecued.
Our chops are taken from the loin, either with the classic t-bone separating the tenderloin from the eye muscle or from the top loin and framed by the backbone. Both variations are the same price.
