A common sight on tables around the country, roast chicken is the most affordable Sunday lunch option. And with a variety of different flavours and textures, from lean white breast meat to rich dark leg meat, there’s something for everybody.
Of course, any leftovers can be either served up cold in sandwiches or boiled in soups and pies the following day, ensuring you really get your money’s worth.
DJ Horsley is proud to use Soanes & Sons as our local poultry supplier. Soanes raise free-range, grain-fed birds with the space to express themselves naturally.
